About the role: We are looking for a Senior Oracle DBA to join DWP's HCS Database Platforms team. This team supports the database services that underpin some of the most critical systems in the UK, directly affecting the daily lives of millions of citizens. You'll support and enhance DWP's mission critical Oracle database platforms, including on prem and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll be working alongside highly skilled Database Specialists and Engineers who ensure DWP services are designed, delivered and maintained to high standards, using agile methods and robust engineering practices.   As a Senior Oracle DBA your main responsibilities will be: Supporting highly available Oracle databases across Linux and AIX environments.
