An opportunity for an experienced Trade Floor IT Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support within a fast-paced front-office trading environment. The role focuses on delivering responsive, hands-on support to trading floor users, ensuring minimal disruption to critical trading activities and maintaining high availability of trading technology.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site and remote IT support for front-office trading floor users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across desktops, laptops, and trading peripherals.
