You’ll take ownership of key workstreams including: CMDB implementation Hornbill to ServiceNow migration Service Request and Knowledge Management Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery AI-enabled automation within Service Management Service Design and Transition support ITIL and SIAM process alignment  The ideal candidate will have strong ITSM delivery experience, excellent ServiceNow knowledge, and a proven ability to design, implement and embed processes into BAU within a complex, multi-supplier environment.
