Whitebridge is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in trading systems, ideally Energy/ETRM. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods. Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban. Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains. Document AS-IS and TO-BE states, including system architecture, data flows and integration points. Support system migrations (including cloud and obsolescence upgrades) and solution transitions. Identify and recommend process or product improvements to optimise outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance legacy UIs developed with  extJS . Develop new UI features using  React.js  for modernised components. Write and maintain scalable backend code using  Java  (Spring preferred). Work with  Oracle SQL  for queries, stored procedures, and data analysis. Collaborate closely with technical leads, QA, and stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with  Java  development. Practical knowledge of  extJS  (legacy UI support). Proficient in  React.js  for newer screen development.
