Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver integration solutions, including legacy system migrations, cloud transitions, and API integrations.
Produce comprehensive end-to-end IT delivery plans and regular status reports.
Identify, manage, and mitigate IT risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Raise, monitor, and challenge commercials/costs across all delivery teams and commercially engaged delivery partners.
Financially forecast and track all project expenditure, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships to achieve successful business outcomes.
Report and communicate project deliverables, progress, and benefits to a wide range of stakeholders across all grades.
Apply both agile and waterfall methodologies appropriately in a delivery management setting....
