Role Overview
This role sits within a major global Payroll transformation programme. You will play a central part in defining payroll requirements, mapping end‑to‑end processes, and supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform with a new payroll provider. The role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with direct experience of payroll system change and the ability to work confidently across global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements capture and definition for assigned payroll workstreams, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with programme objectives.
