Job Introduction Main Responsibilities The Technical Architect (Salesforce) is accountable for the end-to-end technical integrity of the Salesforce platform across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), OmniStudio, and Experience Cloud. Working closely with the other architects, the role sets and enforces the technical direction for delivery teams — governing solution design, development standards, platform security, and DevOps practices. The role serves as the primary technical authority within the delivery organisation: making high-consequence design decisions, resolving complex platform challenges, and ensuring that custom development and integrations are fit for purpose in a regulated banking environment. Equally, the Technical Architect is a people leader — mentoring developers, setting the standard for engineering craft, and building a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
