Job Title: UX Researcher Location: Remote (with occasional travel required to the London Paddington office as needed) Job Type: Contract (Inside IR35) Key Responsibilities - Lead and deliver in-house user testing projects (face-to-face or online), including setup, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis, and debrief. Collaborate with external agencies to support recruitment. - Act as a UX research authority, advising on the most effective tools and methodologies to address business challenges. - Manage end-to-end onsite website survey projects (scripting, analysis, debrief) and analyze real user behavior to generate optimization ideas and support discovery research. - Partner with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and copywriters to ensure best-in-class user experiences across web and app platforms.
