Required Skills & Experience
Proven Business Analysis experience within cyber security, technology, risk, compliance or regulatory programmes.
Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation expertise.
Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing actions, dependencies and governance artefacts.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and deliverables.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
Experience working in complex, regulated environments.
Desirable Experience
Operational Technology (OT) environments.
