Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage defect triage meetings , ensuring clear prioritization and timely follow-up.
Drive end‑to‑end defect lifecycle management across multiple vendors and internal technical teams.
Push and track defect resolutions, ensuring accountability and timely closure.
Manage defects spanning both hardware and software components.
Provide clear communication, status updates, and reporting to stakeholders.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Defect Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
Strong practical experience with JIRA (mandatory).
Experience with qTest is an added advantage....
