We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with experience in automation and AI-driven testing, specifically within conversational AI / voice bot ecosystems. This role goes beyond traditional QA and requires the ability to validate contextual, probabilistic, and human-like AI responses.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute test strategies for conversational AI systems (chatbots/voice bots)
Develop and execute Python-based automated test scripts
Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, context, and human-like behaviour
Create scenario-based and probabilistic test cases
