Overview Working as part of a user centred design team on The Funding Service currently in public beta, the User Researcher will collaborate with service designers, interaction designers and content designers to ensure solutions meet user needs. The role involves scoping, running and analysing research across discovery of new areas yet to be delivered and iterative development of features through alpha and beta, as well as improving what is in public beta.
