As a Data Engineer , your main responsibilities will be:
The Analytics Engineer will support, manage and maintain data-driven operational services and applications, ensuring the secure, reliable and efficient delivery of business-critical data loads. The role will combine operational support responsibilities with hands-on ETL and data analytics engineering activities.
This is a role which is critical for the Business as usual day to day running of a data operations platform as the key responsibilities are around data loading from source to Lakehouse.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in a large and complex data environment to develop and deliver end-to-end DataOps engineering solutions in line with analytical project goals and delivery cycles
Monitor and load data into the Department's analytical platforms, including trouble shooting issues and fielding user queries. Intervene quickly to resolve problems, minimising potential interruptions to data flows....
