Overview Scott Jenkins Water Softeners is a long established, family run business specialising in domestic water softener installations, servicing, reverse osmosis filtration, and consumables. We already have office coverage for inbound calls, booking, installer coordination, and materials dispatch. This role exists to build the engine behind the scenes: tighten systems, automate repeat work, strengthen customer pathways, and increase booked work with measurable improvements. This is a long term, part time role for a highly capable operator who enjoys turning a small business into a fast, well run machine.
