About The Role : This role is to support the delivery of the Finance Service Offer Programme and more specifically the Finance Service Offer Change Project. Finance does not currently have a clear Finance Blueprint or Operating Model, leading to disparity between what Finance delivers and what our partners value and need. There is a lack of clarity on team's roles, responsibilities and priorities, causing blurred lines of governance and causing processes and approvals to be delivered inefficiently and ineffectively. This programme aims to address these issues and to develop a clearly defined Finance Service Offer (FSO).
