Contract CRM & Directory Data Officer
We are currently recruiting for a Contract CRM and Directory Data Officer to join TLT’s Marketing and Business Development team on a three-month contract. The position is fully remote and will be paid on a day-rate basis through an Umbrella Company.
Key responsibilities
Legal directory referee management
Coordinate and administer the annual legal directory referee program
Maintain accurate referee records and tracking information.
Liaise with Business Development teams and other stakeholders to gather, validate and update referee information.
Monitor referee responses and maintain status updates within agreed trackers.
Ensure referee data is accurate, complete and managed in accordance with data protection requirements.
Support the production of management information and progress reporting relating to the referee process.
