Essential experience required: Extensive experience in leading technical integration test phases for enterprise-scale technology transformation projects, critically involving Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud HCM. Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes and how they interact across systems. Demonstrated ability to write structured test plans, manage testing across multiple workstreams, and deliver within tight timelines. Proficient in test management tools (eg, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar, ideally Azure DevOps). Experience managing test teams within complex project environments.
