The Transformation Programme Manager plays a key role within MBNL’s central programme delivery model, supporting the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives that enable MBNL to evolve into an Infrastructure Management company. Working across MBNL, shareholders, and suppliers, the role ensures that complex change programmes are delivered to time, cost, and quality while maintaining a strong focus on business outcomes and customer experience.
