Whitebridge is looking for a NICE CX1 Product Owner to support the implementation of a contact solution for our utilities client.
Experience required
Proven experience owning and managing NICE CXone (CX1) CCaaS platforms end-to-end
Strong background in product ownership, including defining and delivering platform roadmaps
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and commercial governance (eg NICE, Conscia or similar providers)
Hands-on experience overseeing contact centre operations including telephony and IVR systems
Experience managing and optimising digital customer engagement channels
Knowledge of Workforce Management (WFM) tools and processes within a contact centre environment
Experience utilising analytics and AI within customer experience or contact centre platforms
Proven ability to prioritise and manage delivery across BAU, platform stabilisation, and migration initiatives
