Candidate's required experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation or service improvement projects. Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices, working with platforms such as ServiceNow Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.
