As a Digital Business Analyst , your main responsibilities will be TO:
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support project goals and organizational strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to identify needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
Develop process maps, workflows, and business models to improve efficiency and optimize operations.
Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
Support project delivery through requirement validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities.
Essential:
People and system change experience
Understanding of needs to ensure operational staff are ready for day-1
Confident and assertive in client facing situations
