As a IT Service Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
Work closely with business specialists/service designers to translate business requirements and user needs into new services / products or enhancements to existing services and user experience
Create and manage service / product backlogs, prioritising effectively in conjunction with key stakeholders against a wide range of factors, whilst actively leading supplier delivery
Agree and manage user story sign off, including prioritisation for sprint planning.
Create and maintain strong and effective stakeholder engagement with a range of business and programme partners.
Analyse end to end digital user journeys using evidence and analytics, ensuring user researcher findings are captured and reviewed against the user experience design
Create multi-channel support models for services working with wider delivery partners
