We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our Group Technology team on an initial 5-month contract (Outside IR35). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving one of the largest CRM transformation initiatives within Connells Group. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with 1 or 2 days per week in our Milton Keynes office or Wakefield. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of the Group’s CRM transformation initiative, ensuring phased rollouts are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including product, engineering, QA, data, architecture, and supplier resources, to maintain alignment and drive progress. Own the delivery roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, and RAID management, ensuring visibility and proactive issue resolution.
