Description Due to an uplift in client requirements, we are looking for an experienced 2nd line Service desk Engineers to join the team on a temporary 4 month basis providing Service desk support to one of our clients. The Role: The ideal candidate will have experience in 2nd line support role providing technical support remotely to end users at the client’s premises and also home workers for their M365 project. This can include incidents, requests, troubleshooting for problems, or change control depending on the requirements for the client. The engineer must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional analytical and technical skills and continually look to improve on this. In addition, they need to collaborate with the entire client project team with positive communication and sharing of knowledge and information.
