Whitebridge is looking for an AWS Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the application and service migration to a new platform for our utilities client.
Experienced required:
Understanding of Amazon AWS from an infrastructure/platform perspective and Cloud Native Architectures is essential, knowledge of Microsoft Azure is desirable but not essential.
A Cloud Certification in either Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure is desirable, but not essential.
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows and/or Linux) and Networking Principles.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of operational support best practices and processes.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and the ability to write software scripts in at least one general-purpose programming or Scripting language (for example: Python, PowerShell, Bash).
Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate with teams across the organisation to help support cloud adoption.
