We're looking for a UI/UX contractor. London-based, 2–3 months.   The platform is powerful and sophisticated. The work our customers do is complex and regulated, and we have built for that depth. We have a focused sprint to find the UX friction and fix what matters most.   Your job is to find that friction - with evidence - and to help us improve it. You will research how people actually use the product, assess it against usability heuristics, information architecture principles and WCAG 2.2 AA, and turn the findings into a ranked set of changes. Then you implement them together, fast.
