Due to growing client demands we are currently looking for an number of OT/PCN Cyber leads. These roles focus on identifying and mitigating cyber risks to critical infrastructure, ensuring safe, resilient, and compliant operations while supporting production, generation, and grid stability. This includes OT risk assessments, security architecture design, incident response planning, regulatory compliance support, and integration of cyber security into engineering and operational processes across both Legacy and modern energy environments. You must have experience of OT cyber delivery in Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy Process Control Networks and Systems, you must also be conversant with OT cyber standards and regulations and have demonstrable experience of adhering to these standards.

This role requires deep hands-on cutover experience across large-scale enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or other major platforms. Candidates must be able to clearly articulate their cutover playbook-how they plan, manage, communicate, and execute cutover activities end to end.
