Hiring: Solution Architect – HR Systems / Workforce Management

Job Overview
We are looking for four experienced Solution Architects to support HR systems transformation and implementation projects, with a particular focus on Workforce Management (WFM).
The ideal candidates will have a strong background in designing and delivering end-to-end solutions for HR technology projects, including workforce scheduling, time and attendance, labour management, and related HR processes. Experience working within the Retail or Hospitality sectors would be a significant advantage.
