As a Knowledge Systems Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
Leading the team who own and maintain GLD's knowledge systems (three document and legal knowledge search platforms using SharePoint, WordPress and Sitecore technologies and a document automation tool), including line management responsibilities, establishing clear priorities and setting performance and project objectives for the team.
Working with system users and content creators, to ensure the systems are effective and content meets needs, including accessibility requirements.
Finding innovative ways to make use of the systems currently available to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
Project managing improvements to our current systems and working with a variety of stakeholders to achieve effective outcomes and value for money.
