As a Facilities Project Manager , your main responsibilities will be:
Work with the internal team to manage the end to end process for the Leeds office move taking the lead in driving the project forward.
Support in all aspects of property lease negotiation, including heads of terms, rent, service charges, break clauses, dilapidations and incentives.
Liaise with internal and external legal advisers to ensure lease agreements, licences to occupy, and other property contracts meet statutory and departmental requirements.
