Candidate's required experience Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a ServiceNow re-platforming project. Strong understanding of ITIL, SIAM, and service management best practices Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports. The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP.
