Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead the delivery of a ServiceNow programme within a large enterprise environment. This is a 3.5-month contract (Outside IR35) , requiring strong delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and demonstrable experience managing ServiceNow implementations.
A key element of this role is Organisational Change Management (OCM) , ensuring successful user adoption, stakeholder alignment, and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
This role will operate in a hybrid capacity, with 1 day per week onsite in Canary Wharf and the remainder remote.
