About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Data Management Lead with strong Insurance domain expertise to drive data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management initiatives across critical business platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring trusted, compliant, and well-governed data to support strategic programmes including finance transformation, regulatory compliance, data retention, and archival initiatives .
Working closely with Data Architects, Engineering teams, Finance stakeholders, and Business SMEs, you will establish governance frameworks, improve data quality, and ensure data remains accurate, secure, auditable, and fit for purpose across policy, claims, and finance ecosystems.
