Whitebridge is looking for an Agile Project Manager to work on an Oracle HCM implementation for our client.
Business Knowledge
Good understanding of HR Core Business Function and Business Processes.
Experience of working on a large Digital Transformation change programme, preferably in relation to Corporate shared services.
Experience
Relevant Waterfall and Agile practitioner qualifications required ie PSM Scrum Master, Prince2
Shows a high level of planning aptitude.
Demonstrable ability to negotiate timelines and reprioritisation of Third Party activities where required.
Experience in using Azure DevOps.
Ability to develop counter-measures and contingency plans associated with significant project risks
Demonstrable experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
5+ years experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
