Experience required: Proven experience as a Project Planner in large-scale projects Experience of HCM Fusion and E-business suite Proficiency in planning software (MS Project or similar). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (eg, PRINCE2, PMO frameworks). Experience in dependency management across complex programmes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of risk management and cost control principles.
