As a Digital Delivery Manager , your main responsibilities will be to:
Support the delivery and continuous improvement of complex digital and operational services.
Facilitate discovery, service improvement and service transformation activities in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and best practices.
Work closely with service owners, product managers, technical specialists and business stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies and service impacts across teams and services.
Establish and continuously improve team ways of working in Agile environments.
Use delivery metrics and performance data to support decision making and service improvement.
Support the adoption of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards, service delivery principles and service-oriented ways of working.
