We're looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer / EUC Engineer to support a fast-paced IT environment on a short-term 10-week contract based in Croydon.
This is an immediate start opportunity, ideal for someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line desktop support across a Windows-based environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to:
Windows 10/11 OS
Microsoft Office / M365 applications
Hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
Carry out desktop builds, imaging, and deployments
Support user onboarding and offboarding (joiners, movers, leavers)
Manage incidents and requests via a ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence
Assist with device refresh and rollout activities
Work closely with IT teams to escalate...
