Your Mission   We're looking for a hands-on HR Administrator or HR Systems Specialist to join our People Team on a short-term contract and help us get Personio fully operational before the end of Q2. The strategic design is done — this role is all about execution. You'll be the engine room of our Personio implementation: auditing, cleansing, and migrating employee data; building and configuring lifecycle workflows; and ensuring our records are GDPR-compliant. This is a focused, high-output engagement with clear deliverables and a clean handover at the end.
