IKM Network Communications Ltd is a leading provider of network infrastructure services. We’re looking for self-employed Data Cabling Engineers , including junior or newly qualified engineers , to support projects across Cardiff and surrounding areas . You will work across a variety of sites including offices, hospitals and universities installing and testing structured cabling systems. This role would suit someone reliable who can work independently or as part of a small team. This is a contractor role (not permanent employment) . Contractors must operate as a limited company or sole trader and provide their own transport, tools, PPE and insurance. Contractors are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations. Due to the nature of some sites, work is subject to a satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check , which IKM will arrange and pay for.
