Your New Company
The PSSS programme is a cross-functional initiative to transform patient safety data management and accelerate regulatory submissions across AstraZeneca. The project addresses inefficiencies in current processes, data access delays, and inconsistent data presentation, which currently extend submission timelines to 10–13 weeks (target: 6 weeks).
The programme is structured into three workstreams:
NextGen Process Framework : Standardizes submission management, governance, and training.
Data Infrastructure (“Data Pipe”) : Builds a scalable, governed pipeline for patient safety data.
