We are looking for a data-driven Freelance CRM Designer to partner with our CRM Manager on a project basis. Your primary focus will be auditing, refreshing, and building out high-performing email flows that drive engagement and conversion.
The Project Scope
Flow Optimization: Designing end-to-end automated email sequences (Welcome series, Win-back, Abandoned Cart, etc.).
Template Systems: Building modular, "drag-and-drop" style templates that are aesthetically beautiful but technically robust.
Conversion Focus: Using design hierarchy to drive CTAs and improve Click-Through Rates (CTR).
Mobile-First Design: Ensuring every asset is perfectly optimised for dark mode and mobile responsiveness.
