We are seeking a senior Analyst who will operate primarily as a hands-on Test Analyst. Key Responsibilities
Test Analysis & Design
Analyze requirements and identify test scope, risks, and scenarios
Design detailed test cases and ensure traceability
Perform impact analysis for changes and enhancements
Test Execution & Defect Management
Execute manual tests across complex workflows
Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
Log, track, and validate defects with development teams
Test Planning & Coordination
Prepare test plans, estimates, and schedules
Track progress, report status, and manage risks
Ensure QA standards and processes are followed Core Skills
Strong expertise in manual testing, test design, and analysis
Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC/STLC
Hands-on with tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr
