Role Purpose: -
The Programme Director will provide senior design leadership across a complex, multi-workstream transformation programme. They will be responsible for shaping and governing the end-to-end solution architecture across business and technology domains, ensuring that delivery teams work towards a coherent, secure, and supportable target state.
Working closely with programme leadership, Group Technology, suppliers, and business stakeholders, this role will bring clarity to complex delivery challenges, align architectural decisions with business outcomes, and help ensure successful programme delivery.
