Whitebridge is looking for a Delivery Lead with experience of large, complex, Agile systems implementations. Experience required: Experience delivering CRM, CCaaS and Customer Management platforms (eg Salesforce, Oracle CX, Genesis, etc.) Demonstrable experience of having managed and delivered projects successfully from end to end. Ability to manage complex projects in a complex environment, potentially including applying remedial measures to project delivery. Demonstrable experience of applying and advising project governance frameworks. Ability to work in a technically or organisationally complex environment. Experience of working in a Matrix organisation. £1m + budgets Agile and Waterfall Utilities or Engineering sector experience will be an advantage The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP.
