Key Responsibilities Lead and drive requirements gathering across diverse workstreams, selecting suitable formats and methods. Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for development teams. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retros, demos) using Scrum or Kanban.
