Collaboration & End User Engineer Ref 00000143-15 Country UK Location Southampton Company Quilter Plc Department Type of Contract Daily Rate Contractor Closing Date 29 November 2019 The main purpose of this role is to provide configuration, implementation, and support of the collaboration and end user environments. Covering the new Cloud Technology platform which covers the Microsoft Azure stack (Inc, Azure AD, AAD Connect, Enterprise Applications, Intune, Conditional Access etc), Microsoft 365 Suite (Inc, Exchange Online, Skype for Business, Teams & SharePoint etc), Email Security Gateway namely Proofpoint, Zscaler Internet Security, and a new Windows 10 environment build changes, application packaging and installation using SCCM/Intune as well as remote access The role will cover the setup, configuration and ongoing support on a 24x7 basis The expected closing date for this role is as above, but all positions are filled on a rolling basis. Key Responsibilities and Scope of role: The Collaboration and End User team is a small highly technical team tasked with ensuring that Quilter’s Collaboration and End User service is available, performant, secure and supportable. The team work closely with other support teams, other service providers and management functions. The role will be required to implement, configure, support and operate the entire collaboration and end user estate, however more specifically: Core Technology Platforms Microsoft Azure (AD, AAD Connect, Intune, Enterprise Apps) Office 365 Suite (Inc.
