Overview: The Change Manager will be responsible for providing the design, delivery and oversight of change management and training offerings in support of major technology transformation projects across the business working with large complex client organisations. This role will be client facing throughout project life cycles with full accountability for the successful management of the change and training elements of the programme and the successful adoption of new technology. The person in this role should be able to be consultative, personable and able to communicate at all levels, someone who can engage, influence and ensure a world class business experience. Main Responsibilities: Responsible for leading Change Management, User Training & Adoption Strategy into ERGO Customers. Client Consulting. Responsible for consulting with clients to scope needs and identify learning solutions based on needs. Development of relationships with clients key stakeholders. Assess the change impact of the new technology introduction Apply a structured change methodology and lead change management activities Communications strategy and plans to engage stakeholders and end users Prepare change management, learning requirements, project plans, status reports, and training documentation. Delivery Management - Manage scheduling, resource and logistical planning of ongoing and new training & adoption programs. Support the design, development & delivery of Change Management and User Training interventions - Instructor Led, Blended, and Virtual led sessions. Build and deploy key offering messages; create and maintain communication plan for implementing into customer facing collateral. Evaluate process/delivery methods and propose solutions for continuous improvement. Support the design of development strategies that are aligned with business initiatives. Consult with business leaders on design and delivery of change management and development programs. Provide thought leadership and expertise; partner on assessment and delivery as appropriate. Stakeholder Management throughout the project life cycle from Stakeholder Analysis to ongoing engagement Key Skills: 3+ years supporting change in the IT industry A good working knowledge of Change Management and how to deliver it end to end Working with the Project/Program Manager to manage risks, issues and dependencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Commercial awareness Analytical skills Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Ability to influence others at all levels and move toward a common vision or goal Able to work with ambiguity and uncertainty Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Problem solving and root cause identification skills Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts Facilitating Workshops and Meetings with various levels of stakeholders Supporting the introduction and sustainability of an effective governance framework to support adoption Familiarity leading change programmes using the Microsoft Office 365 technology suite a distinct advantage Practical approach of analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation. Proven experience in building content delivered to global audiences using e-learning and virtual classroom formats.
