
Senior Technical Architect (SC) (Outside IR35)

As a Senior Technical Architect, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and deploy robust automation, analytics and data science solutions into the business that meet user, stakeholder, and organisational needs, using a range of data sources and analytical and data science tools and techniques.
- Present data, analysis and visualisations in clear ways using narrative storytelling to communicate complex messages for instant insights, to a wide range of non-technical senior stakeholders.
- Lead on the use of advanced analytics to support the delivery of the GCS Strategy, including testing, piloting and delivering projects that harness new technology to make government campaigns more efficient.
- Provide senior oversight of quality assurance processes for code and data, and championing the ethical use of data and how this feeds through to responsible practice, including adherence to the Statistical Code of Practice for statistical publishing where appropriate.
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines that aggregate communications data across a range of sources to ensure that impactful analytics can be delivered at pace and in a robust manner by the ADI team.
- Collaborate closely with other leads across analytics, insights, strategy and engagement, to ensure a tightly coordinated portfolio of products and services that can be delivered at both high quality and pace.
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Being able to create technical specifications, including system workflows, data flows, and integration points, including developing high-level and detailed system architecture diagrams.
- Being able to oversee the design and implementation of a robust API, analytics and logging for seamless integration with other systems/UI using the right authentication and authorisation in place.
- Ensure a good design and implementation of API security and data privacy compliance.
- Must be able to use AWS and implement strategies for scalability and performance optimisation of AI applications.
- Active Security Clearance (SC) is required for this position.
