Job Purpose:
Supporting the Business Change Manager, the Business Change Analyst will complete activities associated with preparing the business for the impact of changes. Ensuring activities required for assessing readiness, change impact and communications are planned, developed and completed.
This post will be used to support SARs through its first phase of delivery after which time it is expected that the NCA Change Management Office may be able to support SARs delivery going forward subject to capacity and skills/experience within the team
As a Change Management Consultant your main responsibilities would be to:
- Support all business change activity across the SARs Programme
- Administer the overall programme wide business change plan & approach.
- Support the Business Change manager in the development of all core business change products; Change Impact Assessment (CIA), Personas, Change Journeys etc.
- Support the Business Change Manager and Communications and Engagement lead in the ongoing review and assessment of change impact for all stakeholder groups.
- Support Business Readiness Lead with go-live and post go-live strategy and mobilisation.
- Develop and deliver the measurement of user feedback (reporters) via surveys or engagement events.
You’ll have:

- Proven experience of working in a Business Change team for large scale IT enabled business transformation were changes impact internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, establishing and developing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the digital landscape
- Good problem-solving skills, recognising, anticipating, and effectively dealing with existing or potential conflicts at an individual, team or strategic level.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work to deadlines. Ability to work in an environment of uncertainty and continual change.
- Proven experience of communications and engagement methods and practical delivery of materials and facilitation of engagement sessions
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity.
- Proven experience of analysing information from a range of sources.
You will also have these Qualifications/Skills:
- Public sector Knowledge (an advantage)
- APMG Change management practitioner.
- APM Practitioner
- Managing Successful programmes
- Project Management experience
