Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Senior SAP IBP Lead Consultant with Leaniar. You will be responsible for working with clients to develop and implement SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) strategies that align with their goals and objectives. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting assessments, gathering requirements, and developing and executing roadmaps to support the implementation of IBP solutions. You will be working closely with colleagues across the organization in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations management
• At least 7 years of experience in SAP IBP with team lead experience to drive an IBP project
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful IBP solutions for clients in a variety of industries, including but not limited to Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, and/or High Tech
• Demonstrated expertise in IBP processes and technology, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand & Supply Planning (D&SP), Control Tower, Key Figure Calculations, Supply for Optimizer/Heuristic, Inventory Controls, SAP IBP Excel-Add In
• Experience with other advanced planning and optimization (APO) solutions and Sales and Distribution Modules (SD)
• Implementation experience in S/4 HANA, CI-DS and Integration with Ariba
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Able to work US Pacific Time Zone Hours (PST)
